Previously the scanners would scan everything and undesirable
trunk ids would be manually locked out.  Now, I am going to 
try a new approach.  

The lists in this folder show ids will that the scanners 
will be allowed to scan commonly called scan lists.  
Note: on the pro-2052 50 ids per bank are allowed

Note: these are  the only ids the scanners are allowed to scan!
This should be easier to maintain.

note: you can open these files in excel which may help you program 
the radios!

Note: the metatags are now read from these files too!
